To Whom It May Concern:

Over the years, I have had the opportunity to work with numerous formwork and concrete contractors. One such company, Troy Rapp Concrete, stands our in my mind as a leader in their field. Troy Rapp Concrete worked for me on my Longview, Texas project, and on my Wharton, Texas project. Both projects were highly successful, and Troy Rapp's quality of work was outstanding.

It was a pleasure to work with Mr. Rapp's supervisors who were well-trained, highly professional, and must cooperative. On our Wharton project, we had terrible weather throughout the foundation work, and yet Troy Rapp continued to do whatever was necessary to meet the job schedule. Every time that Troy Rapp was asked to help the project, he responded. Troy Rapp is almost too generous to be in the construction business.

I have the utmost respect for Mr. Rapp and his company, and I would wholeheartedly recommend Troy Rapp Concrete for any project forthcoming.

Sincerely,

Donny Williams
Superintendent

Dear Mr. Rapp:

In our business, a letter or recognition for an individual is a rarity. But for one of your employees, Bill Hunter, I feel that recognition is the least that can be done for this outstanding man. Having worked with Bill for several years, I have come to know him both professionally and personally. Bill's work ethic, dogged determination, and genuine character endeared him to all of the Robins crowd. On my Wharton Project, Bill worked through weather conditions that would have caused lesser men to quit; Bill's dedication in completing the job enabled us to stay on schedule. Not only did Bill have the respect of his own workers, but by the end of the project, Bill earned the respect of every tradesman on the job.

I could try to convey every positive quality that Bill possesses, but my command of the English language wouldn't do justice to the man. In short, Bill Hunter exemplifies the ideal employee. I was certainly pleased that Troy Rapp Concrete placed Bill on my last two projects.

Sincerely,

Donny Williams
Superintendent
