To Whom It May Concern:
This Contractor, Troy Rapp Concrete Inc., has completed the concrete work for Stanmar on the new athletic facility at LeTourneau University in Longview, Texas.
They have done a commendable job here and I found their supervision exceptional and tradesmen to be cooperative and conscientious.
It might go without saying that we may encounter various problems on a job of this size and nature, and, in this case those problems were resolved in an efficient and timely manner.
I would personally recommend Troy Rapp and would be happy to work with him on any future work.
